Our Workflow
- StepVerifying Your Needs1
From the moment you contact LocaTran Translations, you will have a dedicated project manager who helps ensure absolute quality and accountability through to the final delivery of your translation project. Your project manager will analyze your document to provide an accurate quotation and delivery timeline. Once we receive your approval, the order will be uploaded to our system and processing will begin.
- StepIn-House Management2
Once we receive your order, your dedicated project manager will identify the most suitable linguist for your project. They will select a native speaker of the target language with more than five years of experience in the relevant field. Additionally, the project manager will oversee the entire process, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- StepQuality Management3
Once the file has been translated, it is passed to another professional linguist for proofreading. It is then sent to a DTP specialist, who identifies and corrects any layout issues. Finally, the file is returned to the project manager for final approval.
- StepFinal Delivery and Feedback4
The project manager receives materials and completes a final review step within the agreed quality workflow before delivery. The translation is then delivered for your review. Feedback is incorporated where required, and invoicing follows the agreed commercial terms.
