Our Workflow
- StepVerifying Your Needs1
From the moment you get in touch with LocaTran Translations, you'll have a personal project manager who will strive for absolute quality and accountability all the way to final delivery of your translation project. Your project manager will analyze your document in order to give you the best quotation and delivery time. Once we get your go-ahead, the order will be uploaded to our database and processed.
- StepIn-House Management2
Once we get your order, your personal project manager will identify the most suitable translator for your project. He will look for a linguist who is native in the target language and has more than five years of experience in the required field. Additionally, the project manager will monitor the entire process, taking care of the quality and ensuring timely delivery of the project.
- StepQuality Management3
Once the file is translated, the translation is passed to another professional linguist to proofread the file. The file is then sent to a DTP specialist, who will to identify and correct any layout issues. After, the file is sent back to the project manager for final approval.
- StepFinal Delivery and Feedback4
The project manager receives all the material and runs a final check. If everything is OK he sends you the completed translation. Once you have reviewed the files and confirmed you are happy with the translation we have delivered, our job is finished. Only after your confirmation that you are satisfied with our work you will be sent the invoice.
